William the Fourth by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, King Defender of the Faith and To all to whom their pursuits shall come heeling: Know Ye that we of ours receive Grace certain knowledge and more motion have from and granted are we do by these Pursuits for Us our Heir and ? give and grant unto SAMUEL BIRD Junior his heirs assigns a Tract of Land situate in the Parish of Douglas in the County of York in our Province of New Brunswick and bounded as follows, to wit,

Beginning at a marked Birch Tree standing at the North at the angle of Lot number One granted to James Golder; thence running by the ? just North thirty chains ? four poles each; thence West seventy four chains; thence South thirty chains; and thence Ease seventy-four chains to the place of beginning; containing two hundred acres ? or ?, and ? particularly ? marked on the plot a piece of twenty percent ? together with all profits commodities ? mints and apportanances whatsoever ? unto belonging or on any ? appertaining
